I’ve been jumping deep into the research of the Challenge and Threat States (the study of what happens to us when we’re in a pressure situation). So far it’s been absolutely fascinating and I can’t wait to share everything with you. One of my biggest HOLY $*&T moments was when I discovered how we can improve the way we perform under pressure by focusing on the benefits of the challenge (AKA have a growth mindset).
